Welcome to Truly Passive

This is a brand new website, and you are one of the first to experience this new website. And what we’re doing in this networking platform is getting you the information, you need to enjoy a truly passive income going forward for the rest of your life. Everybody talks about it, nobody’s doing it. I’ve had a passive income now going on 20 years with first rental properties.

And then I got into the non performing mortgage space, where at that point, what we do is we get these non performing mortgages to start making payments to us, and these payment streams go for 20 to 30 years. We just keep adding one at a time, one at a time, one at a time. We’ve been at that for 14 years now.

It’s been a fantastic run. There are so many different ways that we’re going to explore passive income on truly passive.com. We have over 50 categories of ideas on how you can generate a passive income. For example, I’ve got friends of mine who write books. These are students of mine, that have realized that the passive income stream is doable from many different angles, not just real estate.

They become an expert in a field, like this one here is a book called “Practical Persuasion“. This student of mine has gone out and figured out how to get truly passive income. I think he’s probably close to 50 different sources of income.

This is something I have done myself as well. And they do not have to be just in the real estate space. There is copywriting. There is playwriting. There is becoming an author.

I think it was Warren Buffett that said, “You have to learn how to make money when you’re asleep”.

One of my mentors (he’s still a mentor of mine), I went through some serious training with him. He says “You need to be able to make more money when you’re asleep, then you can spend when you’re awake.” That’s essentially the theme for this website. And the theme for getting you all together on this website.

This is going to be a fantastic run. I’m doing this strictly for fun. I think that there is not enough of this information out there. I sure didn’t get it in high school or in college. Thank goodness, I didn’t go to college and spend all that time and money. But that’s a story for another day. I look forward to meeting you.
